2. What Legacy Wellness is
Legacy Wellness is a coaching program (training, nutrition, recovery, accountability) offered by Legacy Health and Fitness. As part of the program, we arrange access to a free virtual consult with a US-licensed provider through our SamaritanMD partnership. Legacy does not diagnose, prescribe, or dispense. Any clinical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment is handled privately between you and your licensed provider.
3. No medical advice on this Site
General educational content on this Site is provided for general information only — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed medical provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any therapy. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to use this Site or request a consult. Final eligibility for any clinical service is determined by your licensed provider during intake.
5. Pricing and payment
Coaching prices shown on the Site are current at time of publication and may change without notice. Final coaching pricing is confirmed at your consult. Coaching packages are billed on the cycle disclosed at intake and may be cancelled at any time without penalty. Any clinical services arranged with your licensed provider are billed separately under the provider's own terms; cancelling a coaching package does not affect your relationship with your provider.
6. Coaching is not clinical care
Legacy's coaching services support training, nutrition, recovery, and accountability. Coaching content is informational and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any clinical decisions discussed during your consult are made privately by your licensed provider.
7. No guarantees
Individual results vary. Nothing on this Site is a guarantee of any specific outcome — fitness, body composition, performance, recovery, or clinical.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site: no scraping, automated submissions, attempts to access non-public areas, or use of the Site to harass, defraud, or impersonate. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for misuse.
9. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and copy are owned by Legacy Health and Fitness or licensed to it. Don't copy or reuse without written permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid Legacy in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy and its affiliates from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
